Phase One of the Richard Rogers Partnership designed Chiswick Park was opened last week. The three-building, 31,000 sq m development in West London is to be followed by a further four buildings in September - with a further four due to be built next year. All the buildings have external sun shading and environmentally friendly air conditioning.
