Moving Closer to town: Ten years ago offices in Europe, led by UK companies, were moving out of cities into Greenfield business parks. Now, however, the trend is reversing. "People miss the advantages of cities" says Sir Stuart Lipton, the developer who helped pioneer business parks in Europe. This has enabled Stanhope to begin a 'mid-urban' park at Chiswick, half way between the City of London and Heathrow Airport. The park is intended to appeal directly to workers to whom lifestyle is important."
