Twelve years ago Stanhope PLC, experts in conceiving and delivering major property projects, struck on the idea of a people centred business park. Most developers build without thinking too much about the people who they are designing for. Stanhope had a crazy idea to come at the process from a completely different angle. What if infrastructure was deigned with people in mind? What if people enjoyed work? They began designing an office development that would act as a community and take the hassle out of people's lives. After much research and planning, Chiswick Park was born.
