Agents in the Hammersmith and Chiswick office markets are looking to the media and IT sectors for some relief. At Chiswick Park IT company Microstrategy, advised by FPD Savills, is to take 10,000 sq ft on the ground floor of Chiswick Parks Building 10. SBC International, which brought Warner Village Cinemas in May, last week took 11,000 sq ft for 10 years in the same building.
