Over 200 residents are set to pull on their running shoes this Sunday , October 19, when the inaugural yellow Umbrella day becomes Chiswick’s answer to the Nike 10km run. The event, which involves a ‘pace’athon (sponsored walk or run) around a designated 5km or 10km route through Chiswick and along the River Thames, aims to raise in excess of £30,000.
