Take up for new space in West London has started to rise for the first time in three years, while the amount of empty space is finally beginning to fall. This has led to an improvement in fortune for some of the areas top schemes. The Chiswick Park office development, already home to Teletext and Foxtons has secured US television giant the Discovery Channel as a tenant. France Telecom and CBS News have also taken space in the park in recent months.
