Relocating to new offices can be stressful. But if the switch is well-organised, upheaval can be kept to a minimum. Few people greet the idea of moving offices with great enthusiasm. Moving means upheaval – and if the day to day workload is heavy, having to think about relocating to a different building in an unknown area creates all sorts of tensions, especially if you’re directly involved in planning the move.
