Construction of a huge new office and retail building has reached a significant milestone. The concrete framework of the fine storey building at Chiswick Park has been completed. When complete in March next year, the building will provide 140,000 sq ft of retail space and an additional 14,000 sq ft of retail space. Building 5 has been designed to provide a retail ‘street’ for the business park’s tenants which will include a small supermarket, additional bar/brasserie, coffe shop, card shop and specialist sandwich shop to supplement the existing retail facilities on the park.
