Developer Stanhope has been given the go-ahead for the final phase of its Chiswick Park development which will bring its total office space in the scheme to 1.8 million square feet. The news follows the recent announcement that Sir Stuart Lipton will sell his stake in Stanhope to the companys chief executive David camp, although Sir Stuart will retain an interest in the £4 billion Stratford City regeneration scheme.
