Next week Stanhope will open Building 5 – a 140,000 sq ft (13,006 sq m) speculative building at Chiswick Park. The parks largest structure, it will provide a further 16,000 sq ft (1,486 sq m) of shops. It will coincide with the completion of the redevelopment of the park’s Events Square, which has been expanded to the size of the West End’s Soho Square.
