Stanhope is to develop its largest Chiswick park office block to date speculatively following strong interest in the scheme from major tenants. The developer is starting a 165,000 sq ft office – Building 4- just weeks after launching Building 5 at a quoting price of £32.50 per sq ft. Media giant Viacom is already being linked to the entire Building 5 to consolidate many of its West-End based operations.
